When Personal Chef Jeannie Heitz realized that her piles of Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, and Fine cooking magazines had far exceeded in volume her normal reading material in the field of Social Work, she clearly recognized her ultimate career calling. Over the years, cooking became Jeannie's hobby. In 1997, Jeannie left her high stress job as Executive Director of a non-profit Crisis Program, to follow her passion of food and cooking. Possessed with a discriminating palate, Jeannie took her love and knowledge of good food and combined it with her sense of practicality in the kitchen...and with a hands-on-approach to food preparation and presentation, with Jeannie in the kitchen, it just doesn't get any better! Jeannie shops with the seasons and is flexible on your menu choices, always using the freshest ingredients available to create your menu creations.
